For 1 person

  • 2 pork sausages
  • 1 tomato
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 2 pork bacon
  • 2 hash browns
  • 110 grams of mushrooms
  • 22 grams of baked beans
  • 1 big egg
  • 2 slices of white or brown bread
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 parsley blade

 

Preparation : 5 minutes  ›  Cooking : 30 minutes  ›  Ready to eat : 35 minutes

  • Preheat your oven at 220 C (thermostat 7). Brown the sausages during 5 minutes in a frying pan on medium heat. After that, take the sausages and put them in the oven during 10 minutes.
  • Make a cross with a knife on the top of the tomato, and put it with the sausages on the same dish in the oven. Give them some time to know each other for 10 minutes or more. Then, turn off the oven, but let the dish inside.
  • During this time, melt in high heat all the butter in the frying pan with the sausages and add the bacon, mushrooms, hash browns, during 7 minutes. Mushrooms will be soft, and hash browns will be browns.

Pull all of this in the oven (turn off) to keep the warmth.

  • Reheat the baked beans in medium heat
  • To finish, cook a fried egg, always in the same frying pan, and grilled the bread.
  • On a plate, leave the sausage, hash browns, bacon, baked beans, tomato, mushrooms, fried egg and grilled bread. Season with love, garnish with parsley, and just eat!
